Ready to get started? Here’s a look at the process.

  • First, you will provide me with basic contact information to set up a FREE 15 minute consultation call.

  • After you schedule a consultation call you will receive a confirmation email.

  • At your scheduled time you will be called at the phone number you provide. Please ensure you are in a place where you have privacy and can have a brief conversation.

  • Your call will help us decide if we are a good fit. If not, referrals will be provided to therapists who may be a better match.

  • If we decide to work together, we will schedule your first session during our conversation. We will also decide if we will meet weekly or bi-weekly based on need and availability.

  • Once your first session is scheduled, you will receive access to the online client portal and will be sent intake documents to complete, prior to our first session.

Your first Session

You’ve scheduled your first session? Fantastic (and maybe a little scary)! It’s normal to be a little nervous. Here’s what to expect. You will have access to the confidential online client portal after our very first phone conversation. Here you can login to review and complete all intake documents at your convenience and create a profile prior to our appointment.

 

If we have face-to-face in office sessions, you will arrive at the time of your appointment. If your session is through Telehealth, you will receive a link via email to join the video session 48 hours before the appointment. A new link is sent for every appointment so don’t try to reuse an old link.
