Life Transitions

Change is situational. Transition, on the other hand, is psychological. It is not those events, but rather the inner reorientation or self-redefinition that you have to go through in order to incorporate any of those changes into your life. Life is like a camera focusing on what is important, capturing the good times and developing from the negatives and if things don’t work out take another shot!

As cliche as it is, I have to say "the only thing we can count on in life is change." Change can be both exciting and terrifying even when it is change to better yourself. If you are starting or re-starting college and feeling overwhelmed with student life, we will work together to navigate the intricacies of student life. Have you recently started a new job or are thinking of owning your own business? Feel overwhelmed with the idea of doing something new? We will work together to help you feel more comfortable standing on your own. You might be experiencing extra stress from life transitions, if you have experienced:

  • Feeling unsure if you are making the right decision

  • Experiencing stress and anxiety when thinking about making a change (even if for the better)

  • Not knowing how to set up and maintain boundaries that help your well-being

  • Feeling overwhelmed by student life

Let's take the first step together.
