Motherhood Support
Everyone wants to hold the baby, but who holds the mom? Mama, you are important too and you can't forget it! Are you struggling with putting yourself first? Quit neglecting yourself and losing your identity. If you have prenatal or postpartum mental health concerns, let's talk about in therapy!


Group Therapy
You are not alone! There are people that struggle with very similar things as you. Group therapy is a place where these concerns can be expressed. The environment will be a safe place to explore and express these experiences with a therapist who will guide the conversation.
Felicity Inc. will provide group therapy to address anxiety and depression, motherhood concerns, and life transitions. Each group will meet for 12 weeks with participants joining once a week for approximately 1 hour each week.
